چکیده

This paper investigates the design of asynchronous switched nonlinear H ∞ $$ {H}_{\infty } filters for a class continuous-time systems with mismatching switching laws and L 2 {L}_2 norm-bounded disturbances. In this context, system is modelled as Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) model consequent parts, that is, where unmeasured terms are kept in parts order to circumvent occurrence premise variables, which usually faced conventional T-S modeling without parts. framework, proposed estimate and/or disturbed system's outputs, even when filter's law mismatches one, can be practice unknown or imprecisely measured. Based on candidate multiple Lyapunov function, combined criterion, conditions Linear Matrix Inequalities considered Compared previous related works, these have advantage being dwell-time-independent less conservative, thanks incremental quadratic constraints employed deal Furthermore, acknowledging models only representing ones subsets their state space, an optimization procedure filtering error's domain attraction developed. Two illustrative examples validate results. An academic one presented illustrate improvements brought conservatism by filter methodology regards studies. Then, case study illustrates effectiveness proposal from mass-spring inspired literature.

Invertibility of switched nonlinear systems

This article addresses the invertibility problem for switched nonlinear systems affine in controls. The problem is concerned with reconstructing the input and switching signal uniquely from given output and initial state. We extend the concept of switch-singular pairs, introduced recently, to nonlinear systems and develop a formula for checking if the given state and output form a switch-singul...

Integrated Design for Robust Stabilization of Uncertain Switched Nonlinear Systems

An integrated design of switching laws and feedback controllers for uncertain switched nonlinear control-affine systems with an arbitrary number of subsystems is developed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of globally asymptotically stabilizing state feedback laws are derived using the control Lyapunov function approach. Additionally, an explicit rule for constructing switching laws and ...

Switching Rule Design for Sector-Bounded Nonlinear Switched Systems

This paper presents a technique for designing switching rules that drive the state of a class of nonlinear switched system to a desired constant reference. The system may contain state-dependent sector-bounded nonlinear functions. The proposed method considers a switching rule using the ‘max’ composition of auxiliary functions. The results are given in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs)...

An invariance principle for nonlinear switched systems

In this paper we address the problem of extending La Salle Invariance Principle to switched system. We prove an extension of the invariance principle relative to dwell-time switched solutions, and a second one relative to constrained switched systems.

Switched affine models for describing nonlinear systems

In this work, a recursive procedure is derived for the identification of switched affine models from input-output data. Starting from some initial values of the parameter vectors that represent the different submodels, the proposed algorithm alternates between data assignment to submodels and parameter update. At each time instant, the discrete state is determined as the index of the submodel t...
